  • Age 12-18 are $10 per day if attended by a paying participant. under 12 are free.
  • Whether Saturday all day or Sunday morning

Event Schedule
Friday Arrive after 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon
Evening Cowboy stew (while it lasts!)
Saturday -
7:00 AM Registration & Coggins Check
7:30-8:45 AM Breakfast on your own
9:00 AM Morning ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out
Lunch on your own. Ride, swim, fish, or just relax
2:00 PM Afternoon ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out
Evening Dinner & Silent Auction
Pot Luck dinner: Please bring a dish for the Pot Luck.

Sunday 8:00 AM Registration & Coggins check for new arrivals
Breakfast on your own
9:00 AM Morning ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out
2:00 PM Check out. Please bag and pack out all trash, hay & animal
by-products

Fees: Saturday only: $20. Sunday only: $20
Weekend: $35. TETRA Members: $30
Children 12 & under: Free. Age 12-18 $10/day or $20 for the weekend.  Electric hookups: $20 for the weekend; $15 day rate.  Call Debby Alley 512-517-9476 to reserve an electric plug-in.  We ask a deposit.

Directions to Hill Country State Natural Area. From Bandera travel south on Hwy 173. Go across the Medina River and continue approx. ¼ mile to Hwy. 1077. Turn right, go 10 miles on Hwy 1077 to end of blacktop. Continue on the caliche road and follow the signs to the Chapa Camp.
