Whitney, Texas May 19th thru 22ndNO Pre-registration Necessary!
Enjoy a weekend of riding across a beautiful 2,500 acre ranch, while camping along the banks of the Brazos River. This is a benefit ride for Texas Equestrian Trail Riders Association. (TETRA). All proceeds from the ride are donated to improve and develop trails we can all enjoy.
May 19th – Thursday - Meet and registration any time after 12:00 noon – Meal provided that night until 7:00 p.m. or all is gone.
May 20th – Friday – Breakfast (7:00 am – 8:00 am) and supper (6:30 pm – 7:30 pm) are provided, however, lunch is on your own. Ride out at 9:00 am and back at 12:00 noon. Ride out again at 1:30 p.m. and back at 4:00 p.m. Hay Ride after supper
May 21st – Saturday – Same as Friday –
May 22nd – Sunday – Breakfast provided (7:30 am – 8:30 am) and ride out at 9:30 a.m. Back at 12:00 noon and ride is over. Please be sure your area is clean so we can continue to enjoy riding on the WB Ranch.
Fee: Adults $50.00 and children under 12 years old are free. (Must be accompanied by adult).
Electric and water $15.00 per day.
No reservations are needed. Plenty for all.
From Hillsboro: I-35 exit on Hwy 22 West – through Whitney to FM 2960 – turn left on FM 2960 – 3 miles to WB Ranch entrance and follow signs.
From Waco: Hwy 6 West to Valley Mills, turn right on Hwy 56 to Laguna Park and turn right on Hwy 22 – go across Lake Whitney dam 3 miles to FM 2960 and turn right – 3 miles to WB Ranch entrance and follow signs.
