TETRA will provide taco meat for Saturday night.   Everyone is asked to bring side items to share.  We will need tortillas, salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and dessert.  Bring your own drinks.  Please let Steve know what you would like to bring so we can coordinate the dinner.

Ebenezer Park features sandy trails through some of the most beautiful equestrian areas in Southeast Texas.  Trails glide over rolling hills, creeks, and gullies.  Some trails even have beach access allowing you to cool off on a hot day.  The park, itself, is absolutely beautiful.  Ebenezer is one of the go-to destinations for horse-lovers in Texas.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic ride.

Ride out Saturday at 9:00 am and again after lunch.  Dinner at 6:00 pm. Kent Riggs is joining us again as our excellent guide.

We will have a short ride on Sunday morning for those that are interested.

DIRECTIONS:  Hwy 255 (Go E off Hwy 63 approx 8 miles toward dam.  Park entrance on left)  Jasper, TX  75951

Our past Cinco De Mayo Ride at Ebenezer sold out within 24 hours due to the popularity of the park and the limited number of sites.

There is a very nice KOA Campground, with covered horse facilities, located 10-15 minutes from Ebenezer. You can opt to stay there and trailer over to Ebenezer for the ride and dinner. For those without LQ trailers, they offer several types of cabins that sleep 4-6 people.

Their info is as follows: Brookeland/Lake Sam Rayburn KOA
505 CR 212
Brookeland, TX 75931
409-698-3422

Come join us for the fun!

If you have reserved a site at Ebenezer and will not be able to attend, please contact Steve Hancock.  He has a wait list of campers waiting for a site.  Contact Region 5 Director, Steve Hancock at 972-877-2206.
