Tarrant Ranch

November 2-4, 2012

Come join us at Tarrant Ranch.  The ranch is located south of Bullard off Hwy 69.  The ranch has been in the Tarrant family for 160 years, and has approximately 30 miles of horse trails.  The terrain varies from beautiful meadows to rocky hills, and ponds and lakes scattered across the property.  For those who do not want to drive to the Arkansas mountains, this ranch is the next best thing.

Camping is primitive, no water or electric hookups, generators are allowed.  Horse pens are limited, so bring your own.  There are outhouses.  There are ponds close to camp for horses to drink, otherwise please bring water for your horses.

Day Riders pay $10.00 donation per rider (breakfast and supper are included)..

TETRA riders pay $35.00 donation per rider.

NON-TETRA riders pay $40.00 donation per rider.

The ride will provide Friday night supper, Saturday and Sunday breakfast.

Saturday night meal will be potluck with TETRA providing the meat.  Please bring a dish to share.  Lunch will be on your own each day.

Riding Fee is $8.00 per day per horse (this fee is not included in the donation).

Camping Fee is $5 per rig a night to camp (this fee is not included in the donation).

Tarrant Ranch asks that you follow a couple of simple rules: No four-wheelers or utility vehicles and pick up your trash when you leave.

To RSVP, register on the website or Debby can get you registered: e-mail her at  merlyn6453@sbcglobal.net

Directions to Tarrant Ranch: On Hwy 69 at CR 3701 turn west and follow it to 3704 where the pavement ends, then turn Right on 3704.  Go to the 2nd gate on the left and turn into the ranch.  There is a Tarrant Ranch sign.  Follow the dirt road down by the creek and that's where everyone camps.  You can park up by the gate if you want, but it has more trees down below.
