At the Gulf Coast Women's Equestrian Association meeting on July 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., Joe Garcia, TETRA's director of Region 9, will speak about our organization's goals and purposes.  Gulf Coast Women's Equestrian Association gives donations each year to groups who promote equestrian activities.  The GCWEA hosts a monthly information program and holds a Spring and a Fall overnight trailride.  Joe will be their guest speaker so we all have been invited.
