TETRA Region 7 & 10 Trail Ride

Park HQ opens at 8:00 AM

You must check in at Park HQ and pay $6/person park fee OR SP annual park pass AND present a current VS Form 10-11 (Negative Coggins Test) for each horse.

TETRA registration and payment of $10 donation/person will be at the  trailhead.

Ride out at 10:00 AM

Lunch will be at 12:30 PM at a picnic area at turn-around point. Return ride will start at 2:00 PM.  Lunch will be furnished by TETRA and will include soft drinks and water.

Ride will be approximately 14 miles total from start to finish (4:00 PM). Park closes at 10:00 PM.

Restrooms and water for horses will be available at the trail head and the picnic area.

Directions:  From US 281 (Johnson City) take FM 2766 east approximately 8 miles to park.           From US 290 take FM 3232 (west of Dripping Springs) go north approximately 6 miles to park.
